Responsibilities
- Act as a key finance contact for large-scale change initiatives.
- Coordinate activities across squads, tribes, and programs.
- Support feedback management by translating epic into features and user stories.
- Perform impact assessments, process analysis, and data analysis.
- Translate business requirements into finance and user requirements.
- Provide customer insights, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate solutions for optimal customer experiences.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of retail banking products and related banking processes.
- Knowledge of how retail banking products intersect with functions such as treasury and Transaction Services.
- Experience performing impact assessments and creating functional designs.
- Experience with banking systems, including functional, experience, and integration testing.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Good understanding of the digital landscape of the company.
- Experience as a Business Analyst.
- Skills in collaboration and customer support.
- English proficiency at the C1 level.
