What You'll Do
- Provide first- and second-level support for hardware, software, and workplace issues.
- Prepare, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals for new and existing employees.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printing, connectivity, and collaboration tool issues.
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of employees by ensuring timely IT equipment support and access provisioning.
- Assist with end user Application related setup and configuration issues. Acting as member of the application provisioning, networking/infrastructure, workspace management and access requirements bridge between other IT Operation or IT Development teams.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles and user documentation.
What You Need
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Good understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and workplace technologies.
- Basic knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, networking fundamentals, and user support best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical expertise.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in business English
Nice to Have
- Relevant internship or previous experience in IT support or End User Services.
- Additional languages (Portuguese, German, French, or Italian).
