About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Structured Product Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in Hong Kong in a 12-month fixed-term Graduate position. The successful candidate will support the structured products sales team across asset classes, including equities, rates, credit, FX, and structured products. This is an exciting opportunity for graduates looking to develop a long-term career in investment banking and capital markets with a focus on complex financial products.

What You'll Do

Support the business needs of the sales team, including pricing client-facing products in coordination with Structuring & Trading
Administer the client onboarding process and client setups.
Provide after-sales support, including client reporting, trade lifecycle management and resolving post-trade issues.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (product management, structuring, legal, compliance, operations).
Maintain accurate client interaction records and contribute to CRM reporting and sales analytics.
Support sales in preparation and customization of product presentations to client requests, trade execution and booking for various derivative currency deposits, autocallics, etc.).

What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or a related discipline.
Prior experience in financial services, preferably in structured products, is a plus.
Understanding of Derivatives: Solid foundational knowledge of structured products, including equities, interest rates, credit, FX, equity-linked notes, credit-linked notes, dual currency deposits, autocallics, etc.).
Bloomberg/Excel/PowerPoint Proficiency: Ability to use Bloomberg for pricing and data retrieval and Excel for financial modeling; PowerPoint for effective presentation development.
Trade Lifecycle Knowledge: Familiarity with the end-to-end trade process – from execution to settlement and documentation.
Client-Focused Attitude: Strong commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients, both internal and external.
Team Player: Collaborative approach with colleagues across sales, trading, structuring, legal, and operations.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is expected, due to regional client coverage.
Proactiveness: Initiative-taker with a keen interest in capital markets and a desire to grow professionally.
