Your Role
- The Client Data Management Office is looking for an experienced CDB expert to head its Legal Entities team, which is responsible for reviewing and processing client documentation and client data, ensuring data completeness and correctness throughout the lifecycle of the clients in the Bank.
Your Responsibilities
- Leading a team of Client Data Officers, responsible for Legal Entities
- Reviewing and processing all account openings, ensuring a smooth operational activity for the Legal Entities Officer
- Act as the point of contact for our Relationship Managers and provide guidance on account opening standards and documentation gaps enabling them to further develop their business
- Act as the bridge between the Bank's different stakeholders including Front, Legal, Compliance, IT to ensure aligned interests
- Leading Projects to improve the Bank's processes and tools as well as standardizing documentation requirements in line with CDB regulation and Bank directives
- Support the Bank in its continuous move from manual, paper based client files to digital onboarding
- Managing physical and electronic static data throughout the life-cycle of a client
- Ensure excellent client relations and satisfaction as well as handling escalated issues promptly and effectively
- Developing deep understanding of the Bank's processes, products and services
Your Profile
- Banking apprenticeship or relevant degree
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Private Banking, preferably as Onboarding Specialist or Compliance Officer
- CDB Expert, specifically in the area of Legal Entities, with a sound knowledge of AML, FATCA/QI and CRS regulations
- Strong prioritization, organization and analytical skills are essential
- Creating team player with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and hands-on mentality
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership, perform under pressure and set priorities
- Fluency in English and German
- Affinity, experience in working with Avaloq is advantageous
